Falling down, down, down
Spinning 'round and 'round
All around, the ticking of clocks
Such a discordant sound
Right is left and left is right
Night is day and day is night
Up is down and down is up
Life is death and death is life
Voices whisper from every niche
Screams echo and cause a twitch
Claws and teeth threaten to kill
Eyes wild with bliss of such a thrill
Run, hide, fight, or plead
Nothing shall work, nothing you need
The sun and moon will laugh as you cry
As the Queen shrieks her commands to the sky
Blood forms penumbras as heads roll
A cry of defiance with each bell toll
The jury turns in accord, madness shining bright
Their question full of words to make your skin crawl with fright

Are you really Alice,
The girl who fell down the hole?
Who cried a river,
And grew so tall?
Tell me, Alice, of your Wonderland;
Of the tea parties and games of croquet.
Is it as we all imagine?
A world of up is down and this way is that way?
Do tell, Alice, of your world,
Trapped in your mind.
With guards of a jabberwocky
And flimsy little cards.
Are you afraid Alice,
Of losing that world?
Where you are accepted,
And always right?
Oh never fear little Alice,
We all have our Wonderlands,
Some are so dark
And others never found.
What is mine, sweet Alice?
It is as mad as the Hatter,
As fierce as the Queen of Hearts,
And tricky

Tea with the Rabbit
Tea with the rabbit today
just the same as every day,
every single day and every single night.
And when he danced and sang
I could not join in merriment
for the ropes that bound did not budge
"Merry Unbirthday!"
He would scream and cry while sipping tea,
and I would laugh while hiding tears.
He said he was late,
for what I know naught,
but he did not leave my nightmare.
“The Queen of Hearts is evil!”
And I agreed blindly. Yet I could not help
but wonder if she was really the evil one.
Dormouse, his friend of valiant honor,
rammed his sword into my thigh
and grinned when I wept and bled.
And my one and only friend sat across

Alice darling,
It's time to get up.
Wake up little sleepy head,
You fell asleep on my lap.
It's time for tea Alice,
I finished your lesson,
The book was read and closed,
While you were off in your dreams.
Was it lovely Alice?
So content in your sleep you were,
Barely a peep or snore from your lips,
Till those silly leaves fell on you.
Come along dear Alice,
There is no time for sleeping now,
Oh look over there sweet sister,
A little white rabbit it poking out of a hole!
Why do you grin so Alice,
Do you know that little hare?
On yes ask a silly question,
A raven is nothing like a writing desk.

I don't really know.
I like the idea of a twisted Wonderland, but I think a lot of people know that by now. Hell, I love anything to do with Wonderland, and if I ever have a kid and it's a girl, her name will be Alice whether she likes it or not. So...this was my attempt on a little macabre poetic-like piece about the Wonderland I'd like to write a story on someday. A Wonderland where everything you know is dead, and chaos runs rampant, and blood is everywhere you see.
So...yeah.
This was a fail. I don't care, I made it 98% rhyme, so I'm uploading it.
I don't know how this can be interpreted, really. I guess...the reader is lost in this bloody Wonderland, and everyone will call them Alice just because, and then the Queen of Hearts chops their head off.
Am I not a cheerful sort?
